In the event of cancellation of the booking due to any circumstances we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be as follows:

If cancellation is prior to our purchase of permits or passes on your behalf we will charge a cancellation fee of:

• 20% of the cost of the booking if cancelled 30 days prior to the visit
• 10% of the cost of the booking if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the visit.

If permits have been purchased on your behalf will require the cost to be paid in addition to the cancellation fee unless the cost can be reclaimed from the issuing authority.

In the event of cancellation should you wish to rearrange your visit for a later date we will not charge the cancellation fee but will hold the deposit against the future booking, less the cost of any non-refundable permit costs or expenses.
